Opportunity Description
Project Position: Senior Supervisor - Commissioning‑Process Primary Duties
- Ensures that all commissioning activities are completed in a safe, efficient and cost‑effective manner.
- Provides day‑to‑day support to the Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Coordinator.
- Sets up technical teams and monitors progress against the schedule.
- Confirms/arranges suitable PPE is available to all personnel under his/her supervision.
- Arranges PTW and ensures Tool‑Box talks are completed in line with HSE requirements before work starts.
- Is continually present on the field to guarantee the quality and progress of work.
- Leads a team of technicians, operators and sub‑contractors and safely executes the work.
- Analyzes team performance against schedule and reports/advices any changes required to maintain progress.
- Monitors availability of personnel to complete planned workloads.
