Responsibilities
Operations . Perform data entry for compliment feedback forms and upload of data into IFS accurately and timely . Conduct daily audit checks on IFS case creation . Respond to enquiries from case handlers and Interchange Operations Supervisors regarding IFS-related matters . Maintain and update IFS guidelines for case handlers . Amend IFS routing rules during Operations Supervisors' extended leave periods . Update and maintain the IFS master list . Monitor and update IFS performance dashboards (Power BI) Procurement . Track and monitor actual expenditures . Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and proper documentation requirements . Monitor finance payments to vendors and follow up when necessary . Track Purchase Order (PO) contract expiry dates . Initiate requests for new PO contracts or renewals as required . Other procurement related matters Asset Management .
