Senior Supervisor - Security

The Security Supervisor is responsible for leading day‑to‑day security operations at the Distribution Centre, ensuring a safe, compliant, and secure environment for people, assets, cargo, and critical operations. This role oversees the performance of contracted security personnel, manages the command‑and‑control functions onsite, and ensures adherence to Maersk Global Security requirements and recognized industry standards (e.g., TAPA, C‑TPAT).

• Security Operations & Command Centre Leadership – Lead and supervise all on‑site security operations. Monitor screening, access control, CCTV, electronic security systems, and physical security infrastructure, ensuring full operational readiness. Align with security vendor on security priorities and incident learnings. Oversee perimeter control in accordance with Maersk and regulatory requirements.
