This role is about building safety the right way from day one. As Senior Supervisor, SHE&S, you won’t just maintain systems, you’ll help design them, shape the culture, and make sure the new site starts strong and stays safe. You’ll work closely with the Plant Manager, global team and teams on the ground, turning standards into real, everyday practices. It’s a great fit for someone who likes being hands-on, solving real problems, and knowing their work truly protects people and the environment.

**Your key responsibilities**

+ **Lead SHE readiness for site start-up** , ensuring safe construction, commissioning, and production ramp-up with strong contractor and permit-to-work management.
