Opportunity Description
Senior Support Analyst (Integration) needs 5 – 8 plus years of relevant, hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with 3 years of experience with developing or supporting Mulesoft API or other relevant technologies.
Senior Support Analyst (Integration) requires:
- Support Analyst, Integration Engineer, Integration, MuleSoft, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API management, data transformation, flow design, Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, root cause analysis, Agile, Scrum, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk.
- Preferred experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, data transformation, and flow design.
- Knowledge of associated technologies such as Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
