Senior Support Worker 0.88 FTE

The Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a central role in ensuring learners with additional needs can participate fully, safely and confidently in their education. You will lead a small team of Learning Support Assistants, coordinate high‑quality support, and build strong working relationships with families, local authorities and external professionals. This is a hands‑on role combining learner support, team leadership and collaborative planning.

Key Responsibilities:
