This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled surveyor with management experience aswell as expertise in maintenance, void management, and damp and mould diagnosis, to play a key role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and high-quality homes for residents.
The Role:
* Allocating works to them and ensuring those works are being carried out in line with the organisation and residents’ expectations.
* You will have the technical knowledge to be able to support the surveyors with any queries they escalate and provide coaching or training as necessary.
