The RoleThis housing association is looking for an experienced Senior Property Surveyor to join a busy and evolving property function, taking the lead onplex repairs and building issues while managing a small team of surveyors.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of resolving challenging defects, improving service delivery, and ensuring homes remain safe,pliant, and well maintained. You’ll balance technical expertise with leadership, supporting your team while driving high standards across the service.
