Senior System Software Engineer - 1 year contract

About the Role

Sr. System Software Engineer responsible for developing digital tools supporting Medtronic Operations. Global role reporting to Digital Performance Management Director. Location: Tolochenaz, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of Digital Performance Management tools such as OEE, KPI dashboards, Production Tracker, LiveLink platform.
• Collect data from automated equipment controllers, operator interfaces, MES, SPC.
• Act as SME and liaison with IT and stakeholders.
• Manage the application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on design requirements.
• Generate policies, standards, and procedures for systems software engineering.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality policies.
• Communicate status updates and impact of timeline delays to management.
