The opportunity

Join our Energy and Utilities team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Auckland, New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire high calibre talent. You will play a critical role in enabling business growth through innovative sourcing approaches, data driven decision making and a strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.

Working as part of the People and Culture function, you will contribute to a high performing ANZ Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, supporting national and regional projects across our Energy and Utilities lines of business.
