Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment strategy for MCI in the Philippines. Requires a strategic leader with a proven record in building high‑performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and scaling recruitment operations in a fast‑growing, global environment.
