How you will make an impact
Identify and attract talent for vacancies across the EEMEA region. Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet talent acquisition needs. Manage the recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies across the entire EMEA region, including senior level positions.
Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment process planning and expectations, key requirements and competencies, sourcing strategy and recruitment strategy.
Lead in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates through job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, networking and referrals, anticipating organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool.
