Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead mid-to-senior level hiring for our Publishing and Creative teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, advising stakeholders, and improving hiring processes while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
• Work closely with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and role positioning.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across publishing, creative, design, marketing, and growth functions.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
