Opportunity Description
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while supporting workforce growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, job requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, industry networks, and other talent channels to build strong talent pipelines.
