An international company, part of a growing global business group, is looking for a Sr Talent & HR Specialist. The Senior Talent & HR Specialist will support key business lines, with a primary focus on Data Center and Energy activities. The role will be part of the central HR team, reporting to the HR Director. The position will focus on managing a high volume of senior and specialized hiring needs in competitive and technical markets across Europe and the US, while also supporting key HR topics such as compensation, performance management and organizational matters.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and critical roles, mainly within the Digital & Energy sectors, across Europe and the US.
