Working closely with European stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge data and insights, while utilizing innovative tools and platforms to engage with top talent across the UK and European Market.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery across a defined FMCG portfolio, spanning commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Driving deep talent insights through market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support workforce and hiring strategies. Providing clear, data-led market intelligence to inform role design, attraction approaches, and hiring decisions.
