Opportunity Description
Summary
: Senior TaxAccountant will be responsible for the timely completion of tax compliance andconsulting engagements including preparation and/or review of tax returns,
research memos, estimates, extensions, and notices.
*Seeking candidates who
have tax experience working on either Middle and/or Large Company Tax clients -
(experience with clients who have annual revenues in the 25-400 million range)
Responsibilities:
·Preparing difficult business returns.
·Reviews tax returns/work files for completeness,
accuracy and compliance; communicates with and trains staff on areas needing
improvement.
·Monitors tax deadlines to ensure that returns
are prepared on a timely basis; communicates with managers during the
preparation process to identify any tax issues needing addressing and to pull
jobs so that they reach the technical review stage timely.
