This is not a volume-driven compliance environment. It's an advisory-led practice where the work is sophisticated, client relationships are genuine, and access to decision-makers is immediate.

The Role
This position sits at the centre of the firm's growth strategy. In a traditional mid-tier structure, the scope and responsibility of this role would typically sit at Manager level, several layers removed from equity discussions and strategic influence. Here, those layers don't exist.
