:Business Title: Senior Tax Analyst—Asia Pacific
Reporting to the Director, Tax - Asia Pacific, the job holder will have opportunities to grow their career with regional tax exposure to 10+ countries in APAC. The job holder should be able to exchange ideas and assist on driving the progress in English and Mandarin effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
US & Corporate Tax Reporting
Coordinate and review APAC regional tax provision packages (including US GAAP tax provisions, FIN 48, ASC 740 analysis, and Form 5471, etc.) to ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
Support US tax reporting deliverables, including tax expense forecasting, cash tax projections, and underlying financial data analysis.
Transfer Pricing & Global Compliance
Implement and monitor Arrow’s intercompany transfer pricing policies and cost allocation systems, adjusting for shifts in business flows an...
