1.Monitor Global and Regional Tax Developments

Stay informed of changes in international and local tax policies, regulatory updates, and emerging tax trends across the APAC region, including Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore. Analyze potential impacts on the Group’s operations and provide timely and practical updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

2. Oversee APAC Tax Compliance

Lead and manage corporate tax compliance for assigned APAC entities, covering Hong Kong China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and other jurisdictions as required. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, statutory reporting, transfer pricing documentation, withholding tax compliance, and tax audit support in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
