Responsibilities This position is in the Office of Training and Field Assistance (OTFA), EBSA's principal office for employee training, technical field support, and program coordination. OTFA designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates training and employee development programs that equip the EBSA workforce with the knowledge and skills needed to support national and regional program objectives.
