The role is primarily remote; however, it requires someone who is willing and able to report onsite or represent the Recruitment team in person when necessary

• :Meetings with clients and executive leadership who are onsit

sAlso, given that this role is intended to represent Corporate leadership presence in Cebu region, there will be situations where the person will need to be onsite to ensure governance and smooth coordination with local Corporate teams such as HR and IT
