ROLE DESCRIPTION: Senior Technical Services Specialist, Dairy - North India

Role Definition

Provide technical support to sales team and customers in defined geographies of India. Conduct research and field trials. Respond to customer’s technical issues and recommend solutions. Cooperate with R&D to improve products focusing on customer service, product development and species programs for region. Key responsibility is to support sales outcome in partnership, collaboration and guidance from the marketing and sales team leaders in the region, reporting directly to the functional manager. Under supervision from manager, receives a moderate level of instruction, guidance and direction.
