Description
The Technical Writer III is an experienced technical documentation professional who works independently with minimal supervision. This person owns significant project workstreams, contributes strategically to content quality and structure, and helps improve documentation through proactive analysis and modernization.
This role focuses on creating clear, customer-focused technical content that simplifies complex topics and aligns with customer goals. The Technical Writer 3 will apply content architecture best practices, use AI tools to support drafting and content gap analysis, and help build modular, reusable documentation designed for both human readers and AI consumption.
