Senior Technician (Building Services)

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

A very experienced individual who can produce and deliver quality 3D models for the Construction Industry, with additional knowledge of Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing (MEP) Services and their interface with Architectural and Structural Elements.

You will be working on significant construction projects in the UK/Worldwide and develop your expertise by being part of a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team.

KEY FUNCTIONS

This role will require the individual to:

• Produce quality, detailed, coordinated AEC 3D models.
• Produce quality 2D sheet Production Outputs.
• Lead early design & constructability analysis reviews.
• Lead coordination/review meetings (internally and externally).
• Assist Project/Delivery Manager in task completion.
