**Job title** – Senior Technician, Chemical and Process Science

**Location** – Minhang, Shanghai

**Your key responsibilities**

+ Prepare and conduct laboratory scale experiments in extraction, purification, and/or concentration of natural materials, using appropriate separation techniques, such as solvent extraction, adsorption, distillation, chromatography, and so on.
+ Conduct pilot trials and support industrial campaigns.
+ Prepare and submit experimental samples for chemical analysis and sensory evaluation.
+ Document all work performed and results obtained in English, in a manner that is thorough, well organized and readily understood by others.
+ Interact with other departments within the organization and external suppliers on obtaining starting materials, buying lab equipment and chemicals, etc.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
