Under the direction of ITCS management, the Senior Technician will perform end-user support by providing timely and accurate IT Service Desk services. The role encompasses incident management, problem escalation, remote assistance, and user guidance on NATO Unclassified (NU), NATO Restricted (NR), and NATO Secret (NS) networks.
Responsibilities:
