Senior Technician - Facilities Management

• The Senior Technician shall hold a diploma or higher in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Candidate shall have good interpersonal, communication and audience presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
• Should be proficient in electrical work and capable of using all electrical test equipment (megger meter, multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).

• Able to perform troubleshooting and guide junior technicians in their work.
• Must also be good in handyman works.
• Performs duties in supervising, coordinating, and managing the facilities operations.
• Have certificate to operate scissor lift.
• In charge of spare parts and able to issue quotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
