This role combines technical expertise with administrative leadership, managing both soft and hard services while leveraging advanced building analytics through SmartSense technology integration. Key Responsibilities: Technical Operations:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and security systems. Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex mechanical and electrical equipment. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.
