Senior Training Specialist (Compliance)

Overview

The Senior Training Specialist position supports internal training related to Privacy & Compliance by developing, managing, and delivering high‑quality content across multiple channels. In this role you will consult with leaders, employees, Privacy & Compliance colleagues, and training and education peers to recommend solutions for risk‑based employee training options based on specific needs and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the current training and communication environment and tools, identify gaps or new areas, and determine appropriate methods and format for delivery of training.
• Create and develop targeted training content to support the Privacy & Compliance strategic plan for employee training on related policies, procedures and key risk areas.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers such as Compliance, Privacy, Legal subject‑matter experts, training vendors, and other stakeholders.
