Senior Treasury Manager - ICAAP

About the role

We are recruiting for a Senior Treasury Manager – ICAAP to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Group’s inaugural Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), alongside the two individual entity documents. Working with the Treasury Senior Manager – Stress Testing & Forecasting, the role-holder will ensure full compliance with regulatory expectations and alignment with strategic capital planning. The role will provide key expertise in shaping the Group’s capital risk framework and embedding the ICAAPs into governance and decision-making and set the Group up for future success with a well-documented and robustly governed suite of ICAAPs.

The person in post will oversee the Pillar 2A and Pillar 2B capital assessments, including stress testing and scenario analysis, and will identify emerging financial risks and assess their potential impact on capital adequacy. They...
