Our client, a large national law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal (5+ years) to become a part of their team! This position is direct hire, full-time, hybrid. $140k.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Trial prep
- Lead discovery and witness prep
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinating trial and arbitration logistics
- Self-starter, etc
Qualifications:
- Experience in all phases of litigation including trial experience
- Bachelors degree and paralegal certificate
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cite checking and understanding of Blue Book rules
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Works well under pressure, etc
