A global insurer is expanding its transactional risk practice into Latin America and is looking to appoint an attorney into the team as an M&A; Underwriter to play a central role in that growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-capitalised, internationally recognised insurer at the ground floor of a strategic market expansion — working on complex, cross-border transactions across one of the world's most dynamic and fast-developing M&A; markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess, structure, and underwrite W&I insurance across a broad range of cross-border transactions with a primary focus on the LatAm region.
• Work closely with brokers, legal advisors, and deal teams, at the heart of high-value international M&A; activity — building relationships, evaluating risk, and helping establish the firm's presence and reputation in the region.
