Are you a Qualified Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with urgent care experience that is looking to progress and lead on the development of our Home-Based Treatment Team (HBTT)? Two exciting opportunities have arisen within Central Home Based Treatment Team to work as a Senior Practitioner (Senior Urgent Response Practitioner) within a well established team.
The post holder will take on a senior role in responding urgently to referrals from our Inpatient, Mental Health Liaison and Community colleagues, offering alternative to inpatient admission for people with complex presentations.
