Requirements
- 4+ Years of Experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming sector
- Experience in a high-volume environment (Hyper or Hybrid-casual) where you have successfully released and scaled multiple games
- Advanced analytical skills. You don't just read dashboards; you find the why behind the numbers
- Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and the technical nuances of tracking and attribution
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on real-time performance data
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is highly preferred
- (Desirable) Prior experience specifically within the London gaming ecosystem
- (Desirable) Deep understanding of ad monetization and its interplay with UA (LTV modeling)
- (Desirable) Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for top-tier global titles
