Position summary

Design experiences that help clinicians complete critical work with clarity, efficiency, and confidence. In this role, you will shape simple and effective interactions across mobile and web workflows, using design and design thinking to improve both user experience and business outcomes. This position is based in Pune, India and is a hybrid role. You will report to the UX Zone Lead for the Mobile Zone, Senior Manager, Experience Design.

About the Team

Our UX team in the Mobile Zone leads user experience design for several clinician-facing iOS and Android mobile applications that enable clinicians to access the Electronic Health Record (EHR) on their phone, along with related web-based workflows that create a cohesive cross-platform experience.
