Role Purpose
Drive end-to-end value realization, and vendor performance oversight to ensure delivery of committed financial and operational outcomes aligned with the business case (Overall and OPERATING ENTITY-level), supported by transparent reporting, independent assurance, and AI-enabled insights.
Key Experience Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in:
- Contract management / vendor management
- Financial performance / business case tracking
- Large-scale transformation programs or outsourcing models
- Experience working with Banking Global capability centres or global service providers are preferred
