We’re looking for a Senior Value Strategy Manager to join our Value and Trade Planning Team at Co‑op.

You’ll play a key role in transforming the Food Business, using customer insight and data to create clear, joined‑up plans with Trading teams, ensuring we consistently do the right thing for our customers and the business.

What you’ll do

• Own, develop and bring to life the Value strategy, ensuring it’s understood and executed across the Food Business and aligned to relevant teams.
• Develop a customer‑led value proposition, translating customer insight and data into clear, joined‑up value strategies that address customer pain points.
