Senior Venue Experience Officer

At Arts House Group (AHG), we create memorable cultural experiences across some of Singapore’s most iconic venues. As a Venue Experience Officer, you will play a key frontline role in delivering safe, welcoming, and high‑quality visitor experiences during performances, events, and tours.

You will lead Front‑of‑House (FOH) operations on event days, guide and supervise casual teams, and be entrusted with Duty Manager responsibilities during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for service professionals who enjoy live environments, working with people, and making real‑time decisions that shape visitor experiences.
