This role oversees projects from design through certificate of occupancy, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of construction for multiple Class A luxury residential projects, from pre-development through completion.
• Manage design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and value engineering.
