What you will be doing

• Create and edit high-converting ad creatives for TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale video content
• Edit UGC-style ads, viral hooks, and scroll-stopping videos
• Work closely with the team on scripts, hooks, and CTAs
• Turn raw ideas into performance-driven creatives
• Continuously test, improve, and optimize content for better ROI
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
• Focus on performance-driven editing optimized for conversions
• Apply advanced color grading, sound design, and storytelling
