Clent Hills is a special place for the people of Birmingham and Worcestershire. it covers 200 hectares of countryside over 2 hills, with spectacular views, deep valleys and secluded woodland.

You’ll inspire individuals and communities to appreciate and engage with our landscapes, heritage, and wildlife, creating meaningful, year round experiences for all. 

We're a new property portfolio with a focus on the National Trust’s strategy priorities of Ending Unequal Access and Inspire Millions, so you’ll join at an exciting time as we start to develop plans which rise to the ambitions of the National Trust’s new strategy ‘People and Nature Thriving’. 

You'll support the Property Experiences Curator and the Lead Ranger in making sure everything runs smoothly in what is a complex and lively visitor business.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week including weekends and Bank Holidays on a regular basis.
