Responsibilities Develops, installs and maintains a Vo IP infrastructure Responsible for testing and analysis of all network elements in the Vo IP Network Optimise Network infrastructure and network security functions providing reliable support to business systems and processes Deliver reliable data and Voice Network implementations, upgrades and repairs; primarily focusing on L2 and L3 support, with emphasis on supporting the IP Voice service and products Maintain the hardware in the data centre, (Cisco) WAN routers & LAN switches and ACME/Oracle SBCs, Broadworks and Porta One Switching platforms Responsible and accountable for Vo IP Network Availability, Reliability, Security policy and Monitoring Conduct Performance monitoring through various applications and systems Responsible for the setup and maintenance of Network Management systems in the Vo IP space Building relationships internally and externally, negotiating and delivering process improvements to meet strategic goals and ob...
