e-ployment consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Singapore. This role involves conducting reviews on picking accuracy, implementing pre-packing controls, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution, particularly within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or FMCG industries.

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, proficiency in SAP systems, and be able to manage a team of up to 50 staff. A degree in a related field is essential.
