Senior/Customer Service Executive - Air Export

The incumbent will be part of a team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

• Use Global tools, interfaces and processes to execute export shipments and meeting set KPls
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulations
• Coordinate with BUs (Customer Service Teams), planning team, warehouse and terminal transfer vendor to ensure timely and accurate execution of AWBs and preparation of carrier required documentation
• Validate and input accurate mandatory information and pricing for export transactions assigned to him/her
• Ensure and trigger pre-alerts and necessary electronic submission/ interface to relevant stakeholders for the assigned air export shipments
• Back up and cross support other Air Export team members
