SENIOR/ENGINEER - PCVD PROCESS DEV

Overview

Micron’s Singapore Process Development (PD) group in Technology Development (TD) is looking for a Plasma-CVD / Diffusion PD engineer to support Plasma-CVD/DIFF process development of advanced technology nodes. Your role involves designing and optimizing Plasma-CVD or Diffusion processes for Micron’s innovative NAND Flash products, taking ideas from conception through process development and implementation in our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop process packages to meet product specification requirements as per program targets and timelines.


• Characterize processes using appropriate techniques (SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, etc.).


• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present it in the appropriate forums.
