Senior/Executive, Operations

The Senior Executive (Operations) is responsible for coordinating daily courier operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items, and supporting stakeholders’ logistics needs (e.g. Nursing Homes, GPs). This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule daily courier pickups and deliveries
Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of documents, samples, or goods
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of courier activities and delivery status
Maintain Quality and tracking records related to courier operation
Ensure proper handling of samples e.g. temperature monitoring
Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Support audit and quality assurance activities when required
Maintain proper documentation for shipments and deliveries
