Matchtech is supporting a key client with the requisition of a Senior/Lead Estimator to join their team within the infrastructure/rail sectors in Toronto.Key Responsibilities:Lead project-level cost planning and estimating activitiesInterpret drawings, specifications, and project documentationDevelop detailed estimates, cost plans, and Bills of QuantitiesSupport cost benchmarking and database developmentWork closely with clients to provide accurate and strategic cost adviceProvide leadership across major energy sector bids and projectsOversee and review estimating outputs across multiple workstreamsMentor and develop junior estimatorsJob Requirements:Experience in estimating, particularly within the energy or large infrastructure sectorsStrong estimating capability from concept through to detailed designProficiency in tools such as CostX and On-Screen TakeoffDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or similarProfessional accreditation (CIQS, AACE or equivalen...
