As a core member of the HLE initiative, you will be responsible for operationalising an innovative approach to community health that reaches the unreached and transforms neighbourhoods into health‑promoting ecosystems. This role represents HPB's strategic pivot towards citizen‑centric, place‑based health interventions that integrate clinical care with lifestyle support anchored in local communities. You will develop skills in translating data insights into clear strategies and practical actions, data storytelling, stakeholder engagement and negotiation, project management, and cross‑agency coordination.
