Senior/Manager (Human Resources)

As a member of the HR Business Partners’ Team, you will engage our groups, establishing a strong partnership between Management and our core business. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will provide HR consultancy covering all aspects of the employee life cycle and work closely with business units in manpower planning, talent development, employee engagement, and governance. You will guide them in managing teams in alignment with our HR policies and legislation.

In this role, you will also provide strategic insights and ground sensing of your groups in attraction and retention, tapping into data analytics to execute workforce plans, initiatives, and build a collaborative organizational culture, achieving the desired business goals of your stakeholders.
